4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 AI Credits

The money paid for subscriptions to the ThottaThukiduven is for the purchase of AI credits, which enable you to use the AI-powered features of the ThottaThukiduven. The payment is not for any unauthorized activities, such as hacking or bypassing imposed restrictions.

4.2 No Refund Policy

All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. You acknowledge that you are purchasing AI credits and that the ThottaThukiduven are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties or guarantees.

5. Open Source Components

The ThottaThukiduven are partly open-sourced. You may use, modify, and distribute the open-source components in accordance with the applicable open-source licenses. However, you may not use the open-source components to create a competing service or product.

6. Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Limitation of Liability

ThottaThukiduven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the ThottaThukiduven.

Upon termination, your right to use the ThottaThukiduven will immediately cease, and you must promptly uninstall the Extension and discontinue all use of the ThottaThukiduven.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ThottaThukiduven and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the ThottaThukiduven after any amendment constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms.

15. Force Majeure

ThottaThukiduven shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, and governmental actions.

Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. ThottaThukiduven may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Waiver
